2010 Schubert Vineyards

 Because of the beautiful fall weather we received this year and our vineyard practices, we were able to leave some of our Chambourcin grapes on the vine well past normal harvesting dates.  On November 7, 2010 we harvested these grapes at 32 Brix.  The ripeness and maturity of these grapes were astounding.  We look forward to the amazing Late Harvest Chambourcin to be released in 2011!
